The youth facility is structured according the basis of a family-oriented care. To be able to give efficient care and guidance our youngsters were divided into 6 groups. Each counselor is the main care person of one of these groups, and is responsible in covering their needs.
To provide time for counselors to intensify their cooperation and individual dialogues with their group of youngsters, the Joker counselor works 4 weekdays from 15:00 to 23:00 and in parallel to the activities planned by the counselors works on Saturday or Sunday. The Joker counselor takes the responsibility of the other youngsters while the other 2 counselors are on duty. They also participate in gardening activities such as; beautifying the garden, taking care of it, planting seasonal vegetables, developing the farm and taking care of the animals in it. They make good use of their leisure time and also gain skills.
